Creamy Chilled Fruit smoothies

I adapted this recipe from a Jenny Craig recipe, but I think mine’s more fun! Try them out and see, they are not very expensive to make and taste delicious.

Chilled Fruit Smooties

1 package cream cheese, low fat

1cup fat-free sour cream

1bag frozen tropical fruit mix

1TBSP honey

2TSP lemon juice

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Begin by squishing the defrosted fruit up into smaller pieces, then mix in the rest of the ingredients together until everything is creamy. Spoon into muffin cups, and freeze for 1hour min. When ready to serve, pull out and add a few more spoonfuls of defrosted fruit, and a drizzle of honey.
