Thanks Sylvie for giving me this recipe to use, it looks absolutely delicious and is a healthy breakfast for sure! This is a great recipe for all those student dieters (I know your out there!) because it is high in protein and low in fat.

Sylvie’s Healthy Pancakes
3 eggs
3/4cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/4cup Whole Wheat Flour
1TSP Vanilla
Blend until smooth! Cook it up like pancakes (but I like to add chocolate chips so that it’s delish!).
