Your final recipe for this Valentines day special is a Fruit, Meat and Cheese platter for an afternoon snack. This dish is supposed to look “rustic” or messy  in my terms, but I like it that way. Enjoy your canoodleing today my dearies! Give all your BF’s a Giant kiss from CHEF LISS!

Today Im thinking truffles. Chocolate Truffles, rolled in cocoa powder and chopped walnuts. This is a recipe for the chocolate lovers out there, as these little morsels are something to behold. Everyone thinks that truffles are hard to make, but really with a few simple ingredients, and a few hours patience they always come out amazing. And who doesnt love handmade v-day treats?!

Following along the Lean Meats and Vegetable diet, I’ve now eaten this dish for two dinners in a row and I could’nt help myself!  With it being 5 ingredients, and as fast as 10 minutes why wouldnt I want to keep making this. Basically, this is my version of a hot Spinach, Rapini and Steak salad. Take a look!
