		<description>Thanks for the post, and the awesome idea. I don&#039;t usually keep sweet potatoes 
in the house, which is why I suggested the potato, but you&#039;ve given me an interesting
idea :) Also, I feel bad for the poor potato.
Although sweet potatoes are a healthier option, potatoes get a badreputation for being a fatty, carb-loaded side, They are still actually
quite healthy for you, promoting weight loss, just like its tuber-friend the sweet potato,and are low in saturated fats, sodium and cholesterol.

Potatoes are starch filler, a fast simple absorbing carb belonging to the white bread group and white pasta group... (the ones stripped of nutrients when they are made) whereas sweet potatoes a complex carb low on the glycemic index compared to potatoes and many other non healthy substitutes. They also aid in fat loss wheres potatoes promote it. You could go a step further and change green pepper with red....but green is healthy as well so it does not really matter.</description>
