Happy 15th day of Christmas Everyone!

FACT: Humans need breakfast before exams.

Todays recipe is a Exam Crunch Breakfast Sandwich. Now, You all know my position on eggs, and with that being said, this sandwich CAN have eggs added to it. I just choose not to :P  If you are going to add eggs, choose to cook it as a whole, instead of scrambled.

Ok, so the song only goes to 12 days, but we’re doing the 25 recipes of Christmas! So today I thought we would go veggie. Delicious, crispy fried zucchini and eggplant Parmesan. With just a few ingredients, these are a lovely hot appetizer, but slightly messy so serve with forks and knives!

Everyone Loves Caesar salad. Although it may not be the epitome of a healthy salad, the real Caesar dressing is much healthier and more flavorful. I suggest making this if you need a simple yet impressive homemade salad.
