Avatar is already speculated to take home a number of awards, and for that, we salute you blue people!

So, why not make Baby Burgers with Blue cheese and pear topping! Its elegant enough for the Oscars, and you can always go for the ketchup and mustard if you make extra burgers :)

Tonight, for dinner as an accompaniment to fish, I wanted to make a very healthy side. At the grocery store I purchased an Eggplant and a Zucchini. Something you do not find in many students kitchens obviously, but I had wanted to include a bit more veg into my daily routine and figured I would try a method of cooking that I rarely use: Oven Roasting.

For a summer-fresh dinner all seasons of the year try these simple, economic recipes. The pesto is inexpensive and keeps in the fridge for days and the bruscetta is the epitome of summertime, any time of the year. There are also two alternative recipes using the pesto and bruscetta mixes. They’re relatively simple to make, and are delicious if a hungry friend stops by!
